Worked for me

TuliS Heavy Duty Heel Cup

TuliS Heavy Duty Heel Cup

I'd stopped by my local Dick's Sporting Goods to pick up some heel cups there after my doctor recommended that I get some Tuli's heel cups at one of my local stores. No luck on finding Tuli's heel cups at any of the local stores I visited, so I opted to try a pair of SofSole heel cups that I found at Dick's. Not having tried Tuli's, they seemed okay, and made walking more comfortable, but I still opted to use my Amazon Prime membership to place an order for the Tuli's heel cups I found here.

Since I weigh in just over 175 lbs., I opted to get the large heel cups, as the Amazon product page directs you to do. While the heel cups are VERY comfortable, they're very obviously NOT the right size. The regular-size SofSoles fit my shoes just fine, but the large Tuli's are TOO large. I wear a women's size 9.5 - 10, and the edges of the large Tuli's heel cups wrinkle and buckle in the heels of my shoes' interiors because there's just too much product to fit properly. However, these heel cups are exactly what I need - my doctor had specified that I need waffle-patterned heel cups for even distribution of weight and pressure when walking on my Plantar Fasciitis-afflicted feet, and Tuli's (now that I've got 'em) fit the bill exactly.

Misleading product page information notwithstanding, I've already ordered a second set of the clear gel Tuli's heel cups. But in REGULAR size, as my shoe and sock size would indicate, NOT going by weight, as Amazon's product page initially led me to do. VERY comfortable, and I have every certainty that these will make walking and regular exercise comfortable again. Just go with shoe or sock size to order, and you'll be good!

  2. I had a pair of these in high school and college, but lost them. I started running again, but quickly got heel pain that limited my jogs. I tried many over the counter cushions and inserts and finally found Tuli's again online. I am back to running as often as I want with minimal pain. For the price and durability don't bother with anything but Tuli's! I even bought a pair for a friend.

  3. I had what I thought was Planter Fasciitis(PF). A podiatrist I went to, told me that I don't PF, what I suffer from is a lack of padding (ie, fat pad) on the heels of my feet. And that was the cause of my pain. He recommended these heel cups to me. I was very skeptical that they would do anything positive. I was wrong, with in a week of constant use the pain went away. I was surprised and very happy. I have been using these for a few years now, and have tried other brands. These are the best ones I have used so far.

  4. These rock, especially since they last forever, unlike any others I have found. Made my heel and achilles pain vanish, and I don't say this lightly!

  6. My podiatrist suggested these for bone spurs and achilles tendonitis. They are the best heel cups I have found. They have really reduced my heel and achilles pain. I would suggest them to anyone who suffers with this type of problem or pain.

  7. My physical therapist recommended these for the heal pain I experience from losing the fat pad in my heal. She also recommended Croc shoes. I bought my Tuli's from Amazon because I could get 2 for the price that the therapist office was selling them for. I have been completely satisfied with the product. I have gone from limpping very badly to having some days that are totally pain free, walking normally.

  8. When I first opened these, I thought that I had possibly just wasted some money, but I was so wrong. I have gone from barely able to walk because of heel pain to almost pain free! Definitely a great product at a great price.
